All of this is to say, we had Andrew's Chikfila parrty this weekend. It is a gathering of friends and family and an opportunity for the kids to play and grown ups to catch up in a relaxed atmosphere.
The party attendees have changed considerably over the years now that most all of our friends have children too and as my boys have gotten bigger, but the relaxed feel of the party and the menu has remain virtually unchanged.

Andrew got to make yet another wish on yet another birthday cake -- this time a fire hydrant! Daddy made the wonderful cake and cut it into shape and I did the decorating, including the crushed oreos on the side!

Oh man, did you have to rub it in my face that I missed the Chick Fil A party? Sigh. Well, happy birthday to Andrew anyway! I loved seeing those newborn pics of him.
