When Andrew was a baby, I specifically remembering wanting to cherish every moment but at the same time being really excited about the next big thing he was about to start doing, whether it was rolling, sitting up, crawling, walking, talking, etc. With Tyler, I am not in as much of a rush for him to grow up. Don't get me wrong, I don't want him to be behind schedule on milestones, but I know they are coming fast and I just want to freeze time and cherish his babyhood.
Tyler went to the doctor last week because he has been coughing and congested and was diagnosed with his first ear infection. He has been taking an antibiotic for the last 4 days or so, but it doesn't seem to be doing much. Tyler goes back to the doctor for his 6 month check up next week though, so the doctor can check his ears. The good news is that he weighed in at 14 pounds, so the doctor was really happy with his weight gain.
