Photos of Tyler (and Mommy)

I am constantly looking for the "perfect" photograph to capture Tyler's infancy. Heck, I am just constantly looking for the perfect photo in general. I take my camera with us everywhere ... and this is nothing new. We took Andrew's 1 year old and 2 year old photos ourselves and were really happy with the results - it just takes creativity and patience - oh yeah, and the most important part - a cooperative child!

I really enjoy looking at photographer's websites to get ideas to try out on the boys. I am also anxious to get a great shot of the boys together and a new family portrait ... but I know those will both be a challenge to capture, especially the family portrait. The family portrait is a ways off as we want Tyler to be a little bit older (Andrew was just over a year old in the family photo posted far below in October 2005). I am going to try to work on some shots of the boys together next week (I am always looking for something to obsess about!). In addition, I have been bugging Douglas to take some photos of me with Tyler as I love the mommy / baby photos.
